We have a very comfortable vacation condo unit in mid-town Tucson available for rent. Photos are below.
The unit is a second floor 2 bedroom (1 queen, 1 double bed), 2 bath condo with a futon sofa in the Great Room. Roomy at 1395 sf. Lovingly appointed with Danish teak furniture and a Japanese motif. It is fully furnished. All utilities included (within reason).
Located across the street from the Randolph Municipal Golf Course, Recreation Center and Reid Park. Great for walking in a quiet small condo community just east of the Doubletree Hotel, called Eden Roc Gardens, it’s 3 miles from the University and not much further from downtown. Good public transit, restaurants and basic shopping and movie theater within walking distance. It is a no smoking condo. Well behaved kids okay. No pets, sorry.
The complex is nicely landscaped, has an (unheated) pool and free laundry. Wireless and wired internet provided.

This development dates back to the 1960’s and was pretty advanced for its day. It got written up in magazines for various architectural features. Here is the Eden Roc Gardens original brochure in case you are interested. It did turn out a bit differently, particularly as the two multi-story buildings are just one – the Doubletree Hotel.
The architect for Eden Roc was William H. Cook. Here’s a bio for him.
