First it was global warming, then to be more accurate, climate change. Change sounds too neutral and linear, so I’m using the more accurate term climate disruption.

The following compendium was initially developed for the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) sustainability effort in 2010, though so much more is now available with a quick search.

I do want to highlight this report from the Economist’s Investigative Unit The Cost of Inaction. We keep hearing more about the cost to societies from inaction. Really, there is no question. The passage of the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act are setting us on the right path, but it is taking time.
